Follow the below steps to populate Entitlements from Target Resources:
Steps:
1) Login to Sysadmin Console:
http://oim host:oim port/sysadmin
2) Run LDAP Connector Group Lookup Reconcilation
3) Go to Lookup or design console and verify if groups got populated in lookup or not
4) Run EntitlementList Schedule Job
5) Verify ent_list table for new entitlements.
6) Assign to any of users using identity console and make sure that user is already provisioned to that resource.
